At Worn Wear, we stand behind the quality of our used gear and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items you wish to return, ensuring all original Worn Wear tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package; note that a $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
